Once a good plugin, now a disaster

  • After the update to 4.0.2, this plugin became useless. Webmasters tools is constantly giving errors, mostly 404 and is not indexing your pages.

  • That is interesting, since every request to your blog (front page, any post) creates more server load than requesting a sitemap (which is only done by Google if something changes).

    So did you install some caching functionality for the rest of your site? Did you export it as static HTML? Since otherwise, every single visitor will create more load. And since the old sitemap included everything, the resource usage was actually quite high.
