Once a Great Plugin, Now a Disappointing Mess

I was initially a big fan of Events Manager Pro. The plugin is user-friendly and offers extensive options for custom development, making it a powerful tool for event management. Unfortunately, the support and ongoing development of the plugin have been disappointing, making it increasingly difficult to use it reliably.

One of the biggest issues is the WhatsApp Connect add-on, which generates an invalid webhook URL. I reported this issue to support months ago, but despite their promise to escalate it, there is still no solution.

Additionally, there is no documentation at all for the new add-ons, even more than six months after their release. This makes it extremely difficult to properly use these features. Also, the gateways (payment methods) are poorly organized, and there is no developer documentation available to customize or extend them.

The support team responds slowly (sometimes after a week or not at all) and when they do, their responses are often unhelpful or evasive. It feels like issues are being ignored, while a paid plugin should be properly maintained and supported. In the end, I had to find solutions myself because I received no help from the developers.

Combined with the increasingly high price of the pro license, this has become a disaster. This is a shame for such a great plugin, which has enormous potential. If support and development continue at this level, I can no longer recommend this plugin for serious projects.
