once good, no more. Lots breaks, money money yet support awful

Used to be one of the bests and free. Then they made it non free and now things breaks on updates. Now it don’t work on the theme which I spent ages to set up and the theme have been being in use for long.
Moreover, although I am a paying customer they update things and those functions that were included in the premium package when I paid are now taken out into add-on’s while I am still within the annual subscription contract and without paying extra, some of the functions would not work. Outrageous!
Also I initially registered as a user using one of the social media logins they used to offer, but they removed it and I can not even log on as a customer any more and so I can’t submit a support request. I have contacted them a couple of times by phone but they no longer provide a phone number to contact them ??
