Once I save all changes all my changes gets erased

  • I am having several problems with my WP Landing page version 1.5.6 I am running WordPress 3.9.1

    The problems I am having are once I make changes and hit update all everything I just typed in automatically gets deleted. The only changes I have been able to successfully make are to the header. everything else whether it’s text, buttons, forms, lists etc… nothing saves once I hit update on each of the sections and then update all. It all disappears once I hit update all and it doesn’t show in the preview either.

    Another issue I am having is the launch visual editor doesn’t seem to be working. once I click it, I get a preview on the right but there is nothing but blank white background on the left.

    If I could get some help with this I would greatly appreciate it as I am trying to launch a campaign. Thanks – Cole Mize

    Sounds like a plugin/theme conflict.

    To test for a theme conflict:

    1. Activate default Twenty Ten, Eleven, Twelve, or Thirteen theme
    2. Check to see if the issue still occurs
    3. If the issue does not occur after having activated the default “Twenty” theme, your theme is causing a conflict with landing pages.

    To test for a plugin conflict:

    1. Deactivate ALL plugins
    2. Activate Landing Pages
    3. Check to see if the issue occurs

    If the issue does not occur, one (or more) of your plugins is causing a conflict with Landing Pages.

    To determine which plugin(s) is causing the conflict, follow these steps:

    1. Activate each plugin one by one
    2. Check to see if the issue occurs after each plugin is activated

    ok thanks so much for your prompt reply. I tried the disable plugins method and was still having the same problems. I believe I have some bad custom css in my theme . I am working with a programmer to remedy any issues. Thanks once again for your time and helping me out. I look forward to being able to use this awesome plugin in then ear future.
