    Hi there!

    When activating “Once per Session, time: 1440” option in your plugin settings, it doesn′t work with WP Rocket Cache plugin. The popup will appear every time. So I exclude the homepage, where the popup is displayed, from the cache and afterwards it works as expected (like now). Unfortunately this way will affect site performance what I would like to prevent. Have you a suggestion, what I can do?

    Dear @alexanderkoch096,

    Thank you for the topic.

    Most presumably, the Static HTML (PHP Cache) is enabled on your website, due to which you are experiencing this problem.

    The popup is opened for the first time and the HTML gets cached. Then, it is stored?on the files of your Server.
    Then, once the user refreshes the page, the cached HTML is read from the Server (the page where the popup was opened for the first time). Due to this, the user sees the popup each time.

    That means the dynamic?content doesn’t work for you as the PHP scripts don’t work after the cache.
    The popup is not being opened anymore once you remove?the cache or exclude it. After that, the functionality starts working for you.

    We would recommend you get in touch with the Cache plugin Support Team and describe the case to them.?
    Please ask them how to deactivate?the Static HTML (PHP Cache).
    Then, after?this, clear all the cache types (DB, plugin, browser) and check the case with either the?Incognito?mode or?another browser/device.

    Please check this and let us know about the outcome.
