    ieio,

    Have you updated the plugin to most recent 1.0.4 version? If you have, you should be able to change the category.

    If you think everything is correct and you still are not able to change the category, kindly get in touch with your website address and temporary administrator login details to so we can check your setting in the dashboard.

    Regards!

    Looks strange. There must be some script of other plugin conflicting with the selection dropdown.

    We would need to check your WordPress dashboard to help you.

    man just look at screenshots! your plugin is the only one activated and your reply is that there must be a conflict with some others??? you must be kidding…

    Hey ieio,

    Hope you are doing well with our plugin. If you have any problems regarding the plugin, you can email us on the email ID provided in the plugin’s dashboard.

    We have fixed it in our development version. The development is still in the ongoing process. We will launch the new bug free version very soon.

    Well, here’s the solution for your problem.

    1. Go to plugins -> editor -> All in one Schema.org Rich Snippets
    2. Select the file toggle.js from list
    3. Find and replace this line :

    jQuery("#_bsf_post_type").css("display","none");

    with

    // jQuery("#_bsf_post_type").css("display","none");

    And then update the file.

    4. Now, you will be able to change the category. Go to your page -> Rich Snippets Configuration and change whatever you would like to.
