onclick event

  • Hi how do i add an onclick event to an image in wordpress?

    if i add the code in text mode it just disappears when i save it…

    i want to create something like this (this is from a site in dreamweaver)

    onclick="SleekNote.triggerOnclick('0eaf0bec-527e-493d-9e0a-f1ac5eacb9a8');" src="images/460/HOT-VILLA-LIST.jpg"

    This has been driving me nutts… so any an all help apprecited, but i am obviously not a wordpress expert so please explain like you would do to a 5 year old!

    Can i ask what version of wordpress and editor are you using?
