onclick event to another multiform page

Do you mean to submit the form and then be redirected to another form?

Or you mean to be redirected from form’s one page to another page?

I have 3 multiform pages.
on the first multiform page are 3 choices from the years 2020, 2021 and 2022.
As soon as i clicked on 2020 i will be redirected to the multiform page 2 automatically.
when i clicked on 2021 i want to go automatically to the multiform page 3.

how do i solve the problem..is it better to use checkboxes or buttons?

I’d like to mention, that with our plugin you can create a multipage form, as described here https://help.10web.io/hc/en-us/articles/360010721800-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms.

And we have conditional fields functionality, this means depending on the user’s selection, you can show or hide certain fields. You can get insights on how to do that with this link https://help.10web.io/hc/en-us/articles/360016082951-Settings-Conditional-Fields.

Maybe this will help you to create a form like the one you have though not exactly the same.
