• Hello,

if just one board is used on multiple clients and a client (#1) is moving a task, (client #2 browser) the color of the task is changing to the correct state, but the task itself is not moving to the right place (state column).
After refreshing the page (client #2) it’s ok.

Everything works fine on a single client / on this client who is doing the changes.

Is it possible to move the task into the correct column state if the state is changed from any other client without reloading the board-page on the different browsers?

Using the free version with latest WP version 4.9.1. Thanks and best regards.

  • Hey, there!

If someone on a second computer moves a task, it *should* move on the first computer. It sounds like you found a bug in the live update functionality. How are you moving the cards? Drag and drop or from the menu?

    Thanks,

    Corey

    Hi!
I tried both ways with drag and drop and via the menu icon “move”.
I also tried to find out if it’s browser dependent, but it doesn’t matter if you have 2 browsers (firefox and chrome) on just one client with the same board open or on a different workstation. The behavior is the same.

If I move a task (drag and drop and via menu), the task is just changing the color bar on the left side at the other browser window.
The developer console does not show any errors, just seeing executing the admin-ajax file.

    Best regards,
    Michael

Sorry for the trouble. I’ll look into it.

    Thanks,

    Corey
