    How to create big thumbnails which gonna be set in one column with full width of the post width?

    When you open gallery settings / layout settings / there you can select amount of the columns of the gallery layout. There you can select different columns amount for different screens (mobile devices or PC). In gallery size settings you need to define 100% value.
