One company for each user

That is not possible I guess. As you are planning, it would take a multisite install and every sub-site could be used for that. We haven’t designed the system for each user individually, but for a single site for a single company. Then again, we haven’t yet tested our solution with multisite yet. Will do that after we get our plugin in a shape first. We will not support each user individually.
