One Database, 25 sites, different content

I’m about to begin the process of transferring 25+ sites from my dev server to my client’s dev server. I’ve got another general thread going about it here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/one-database-25-sites-different-content
I’m wonder if your plugin can help me do this quickly? Can it change the DB table prefixes and drop them in a current database or will it only override the database?
PS: You guys have an awesome plugin here. I’ve used it a little bit before and it’s made my life so much easier. I’m sorry I haven’t donated yet, but I will at the end of my current project! Promise!
