One drowpdown only closes menu – help!

    So on mobile, I have this great plugin enabled. It’s always worked perfectly once we got it configured. But now I’m noticing that our “About Us” dropdown button in the mobile sidebar menu, closes the menu, and doesn’t work correctly.

    The rest of the dropdown buttons work just fine (although clicking on the + is very finicky and you have to be precise, I wish I could figure out how to get the page’s whole bar to be a clickable dropdown, if that makes sense. But we have some that are direct links. I would rid of that if it meant they wouldn’t have to aim for the + so carefully. Anybody with insight on how to do that would be greatly appreciated as well)

    I don’t have extensive experience with coding but I’ve made it thus far. I’m just having a hard time inspecting the element since the menu only shows up when the screen is small enough. Then I have a hard time navigating on PC when it’s so small.

    I just want all of the dropdowns in the menu to work correctly and not close the menu.

    Hi @blisscglm,

    I checked your website and it look fine for me. I couldn’t replicate the issue.
    It seems you are already using the option to open the submenu using the entire line.

    Can you confirm if the situation is sorted or not?

    Sorry I should’ve closed the topic. I fixed the problem by turning on the entire menu bar click will drop down the submenu. The problem only existed when that was off, and you had to click the icon specifically to drop down the menu.
