    Hello,

I have a little problem. If someone order via PayPal I auto complete the orders. The problem is, that the customer got 1 “on hold” email and 1 “order confirmation” email (3 email is “order completed”). This 2 emails are almost the same. The “on hold” email should not be sent to the customer.

    Hope someone can help.

    THANK YOU!

  • Hey Tobo

I feel like I had the same issue. You can deactive the emails in your Woocommerce settings (woocommerce > settings > Emails).

Is that what you are looking for?

    Hi,
I cannot deactivate the on hold email. Because if I deactivate that mail customer orders via Bacs won‘t get a confirmation mail any longer.

If you cannot deactivaste it, you can change the email template so the emails are shown differently to the customer. More on this can be found here. If this does not work, please let us know a bit more of what you can and cannot do.

    Hi @infonetzlichtcom,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Cheers,
    Yuki
