One form does not save entries

Hi,

I have two forms so far. The first form works fine. Every time somebody submits the form I can see the entry.

The second form does not save the entries. I read in another discussion on this forum that there is a setting in “After submit,” but I cannot see a setting to save or not save the entry after submitting the form. It is just not there.
