One form with several subscriptions lists to choose of

Hello support-team,

I need your help.

I’m having several subscriptions lists but only one subscription form.
I would like the subscriber to choose from a drop-down or similar which contains the subscriptions lists as options to choose from.

For example:
List A is a subscription list for men
List B is a subscription list for women

The subscriber has to choose now between ‘men’ and women. If he/she chooses men I would like to subcribe him/her to list A, if he/she chooses ‘women’ I would like to subcribe him/her to list B.
