One form works – one form doesn't

FAQ > I see a response message “Your message was sent successfully” with green border, but I never receive a mail for that.

I have read every forum and FAQ that I could find, including the one above. As I stated in my initial post – there are two forms on one page – one works, one doesn’t. If this was a server issue, I wouldn’t be able to receive either. I copied every setting from the working one into the non-working one & it still will not send.

I’ve tried everything in the help forums.. nothing is working.

I deleted every field but name/phone number. I duplicated all of the settings from the working form – still didnt work… even though it says it is.

Any help??
