One Gallery Doesn’t Display

    I have created three galleries with Photo Gallery and placed each at the bottom of the related post. Two of the galleries display properly but this one doesn’t display at all in the published post.

    If I click Preview in the Galleries list it displays properly. If I click the Photo Gallery icon in the post editor, I get a message “There is no shortcode with such ID!”

    If I view the post as text, the shortcode displays as [Best_Wordpress_Gallery id=”6″ gal_title=”Tobacco Barn 1″].

    Can you suggest a fix for this problem?

    Also, how do I determine the shortcode for the galleries I have created?

    Hi,

    Could you please let us know if the Gallery is under More Photos?

    Also, please try to change your Theme and check if the problem solves. It may be a conflict with your Theme.

    In the dashboard the gallery appears under More Photos.

    I doubt that is the theme as there are two other galleries working properly on this site.

    Question: how do I determine the shortcode for the galleries I have created? I see the ID of the missing gallery in the post’s Text view but I get the error “There is no shortcode with such ID!” when I click the Photo Gallery icon in the post editor.
