One Gmedia on two separate WordPress site

Hello,
Is it possible to run Gmedia on two separate WordPress site – from one database and one file storage?

I’ve got subdomain art.example.com – with WordPress and Gmedia.
Main domain – example.com – just another separate WordPress-site without Gmedia at this moment.

I would like to post some images and galleries from art.example.com to example.com using Gmedia possibilities.
