One issue with “FROM” address

If we dont fill out the “from” field, then we have notice in admin dashboard – “Message From Address can not be empty.” (would be nice if there was indication from which plugin that message comes, and a link to “Set it here” to go to that “FROM” field settings page.)

also, however, when we make a “test email send”, it sends successfully. I think, it should say error on test-email send page too, that FROM field is not filled.
Because we made a test email, and it showed success and we thought we had a working email, but turned out that SMTP didnt deliver emails because the FROM field was empty.
so, good if there was extra error message if FROM field is not filled correctly.
