    Hello, I know you’re in the process of migrating this plugin over, but the help link you posted seems to go to a 3rd party Help Scout App, and this is something we’ve been battling for a year now, ever since we migrated servers and changed our theme. Whenever we get a review, it duplicates, exactly 20x times. All customer reviews and test reviews create 20 duplicate entries to be approved (of course, we can approve just one of the twenty so that the website reflects only one). We get 20 emails from the server telling us we have a new review ??
    I’ve disabled so many plugin scripts from running on that page but not sure what could be causing it. Would be great to finally get this fixed before the crossover. Been using Rich Reviews for 8 years now! Just downloaded the newest version 1.9.11
