    Hey Guys

    Does Multilingualpress copy the media of the original site when creating a subdomain? I would like to copy everything from the original site but would like to use the original sites media center for obvious reasons. Is this possible either out of the box or via a plugin?

  • Hi there,

    when you create a new site based on an existing one (see the according checkbox in the MultilingualPress section on the Add New Site page), MultilingualPress will duplicate any data known to WordPress by default (i.e., all site-specific core database tables as well as all uploaded files). All URLs referencing the site are adapted automagically.

    MultilingualPress does not offer some centralized, network-wide media gallery.
