One Membership Level is not showing up on User Roles

    Hi There,

    I have an issue with one of my membership levels. I have to delete this numerous times. I will make a new level. Click all the appropriate boxes and save. When I go back, none of my information I inputted is there. And also when I go to use the User Role Capabilities, It doesn’t show up there either. I am so confused. All my other membership levels are showing correctly.

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.

    To confirm I understand you correctly, you are trying to edit one membership level and when you save it does not save correctly?

    Are you able to create new membership levels – if so, this sounds like there may be an issue with your database for that specific membership level.
