One Menu Item Only In Color

Hello … I would like just ONE of my navigation menu options to stand out with a different color background. What would the additional CSS look like? In my case … I just want the “Renew or Join” Menu option to look different.

Always having an orange backround with black text and on hover similar colors but lighter shades to identify its a button.
