One menu links to multiple categories

Hi there,

i was wondering if the following was possible( through native control or a plugin)

Certain menu items on my site (https://www.iluv.hk) need to be linked to multiple categories.

For example: Shopping –> Link to all posts with Category Shopping
Shopping — Electronics –> This would link to all posts with Category shopping AND Electronics.

Been rummaging through the plugins, but have not found one that would work like this so far.

Any help would be appreciated!
