    Moreover, is this the first time you’re installing The Events Calendar on your website, or were you using it before the 6.0 update?

    Hi @romanbiswas512,

    Thanks for your response and providing additional details.

    It seems you’re using a lower PHP version than we recommend. Could you upgrade your PHP to PHP 7.4 and check if that makes a difference? It would be best to use this version, which we fully support.

    Moreover, were you able to migrate your events previously? Or is this the first time you’ll do the migration?
