One of the best free plugins ever.

I am still shocked after weeks of using it, all the crazy awesome features this comes with for FREE. It offers integrated knowledge base, agent-to-agent whispering, private comments, full real-time statistic reports, unlimited agents, unlimited websites, a support ticket system… and the best part – LIVE MONITORING of your users on your website. You can watch, in real time, every action that you visitors are doing. ALL FREE. This last one is invaluable in monitoring customer behavior and using the data to improve your website. Best of all, with this plugin this feature is FULLY INTEGRATED, into your WordPress user system. If the user is not registered for your website yet, it shows a placeholder username and ip address…but if they ARE already registered for your website you can SEE all of their data in the chat – Username, email address, mailing address etc. No having to identify who’s who. Even better it takes only 30 seconds to setup and has been working flawlessly on my websites for several days now. I love it. Plus its all encrypted and secure so you can even take payment information from customers in the chat window. That’s unheard of.

I contacted them with a question, and they were very professional and quick with answers. I have never had a more pleasant wordpress plugin experience.
