Both are under HTTPS > HTTP > HTTPS loop, this is a SSL configuration issue. You website SSL is wrong configured. That was the main issue of registration and other problem. It was looping infinity. So you just need to find somebody ho can fix HTTPS issue of admin area and all will be find, and the wpForo was working find and will work fine once the https loop is fixed.
