one of two forms stopped working

Hello I have two contact forms (for ease I’ll call them A and B) on my WP install.

A goes to a particular email address (with the same domain of the website that hosts the form) while B goes to a Gmail address. Both A and B are set to a From address on the domain that hosts the forms.

Other than that the two forms have similar settings with the only major difference being that Form B is set to “do_not_store: true” in Additional Settings.

I used to receive email from both forms but at some point I stopped receiving email from the B form and I don’t know how to trouble shoot it.

Can somebody help me figure out the problem?
