Thanks Champ Camba for your fast response.

I have solve the issue by manually adding missing pages.

But now I am facing new issues like:

1. How to add new fields in to display in reveal section of Member Directory?

2. How to change the size of uploaded Image in user Profile? I have added new custom field for image upload.

Currently when I have uploaded image of size 940x788px but it is showing image of 357×300 px only.

Please help me on this matter.
