    Hi,

Apple and Google pay does not work properly when the product is inserted via shortcode on a WP page. As a customer, I have to “add an item to order” and then click Apple/G Pay button to buy it. If I click on Apple/G Pay button instantly, order sum is shown as $0.00, because no items had been added manually. As a customer, I find this frustrating and I feel my web visitors also find this frustraiting.

Has anyone found a workaround? On a regular product page Apple/G pay button works just fine – as you press it the item is added to cart automatically. However, not when One Page Checkout extension is used via shortcode.

    Thanks

  • Hello,

To get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

We haven’t heard back from you, so I’m marking this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
