One page product ordering plugin?

I am making a website for small farm production and I need a plugin that would let to create a simple one page ordering form. Ordering form should contain dropdown product selection and amount, as well as contact information. Automatic email should be sent to the customer. All the orders should be visible and manageable for site admin. Money would be payed only on delivery.

Can I expect to find a plugin similar to what I described?
