One page scroll feature broken in second language

Hi,

I have the onepage scroll style website , after translated, it works in original language (English)
but when switched to Chinese, the menu doesn’t scroll anymore and I hover to the menu and it shows “https://takecareauto.com/zh ” when the English page will have “https://takecareauto.com/#aboutus”
I have the “Force language in custom links” enabled
