    Hi, i usw Tickera since this year.
    Often the buyer See The First Download Link, and think, it ist one Ticket for all attendees.

    I think it will be better

    One PDF with all tickets for buyer
    One PDF with only one Ticket for the attendee

    Hi there,

    Currently, there is no possibility to merge multiple tickets to a single file. However, as an alternative, you can use a solution found here by utilising which, you can deliver QR codes instead of ticket download links which then completely eliminates the need for downloading tickets.

    this is no help for me.

    we have a local Ticket Store a few weeks before the event.

    actually we download all the ticket-files and print.
    it will be better, when every order make 1 pdf with all tickets for this order

    As mentioned in your other support ticket, each ticket may contain several images which may result in quite large filesize. So, merging multiple tickets to a single PDF file might require considerable server resources and quite possible would cause issues with website stability when PDF file of that size is getting rendered. However, this is not the case when tickets are rendered one by one which is why there is currently no option to merge multiple tickets to a single PDF file.
