One Problem – Two Questions

  • Hi Guys Could do with some urgent help.

    I’m using the branford theme with mimbo sidebar in WordPress version 2.8. I wanted to change something in my css file and went to Appearances – Editor but the file was greyed out ie I could not edit it. I checked with other files and they were the same.

    I checked another blog I have using the same theme and it is also greyed out. What actually happens is that when I click on a file the background appears white for a second or two and then reverts to the grey colour where you can’t edit.

    My major concern at the moment is that the style.css file is completely wiped, the file’s there but there is nothing in it!! How can I get it back??

    Also what do I do in order to leave these files editable ie remove the write only protection from them.
