One product per customer

  • Hi, Does your free plugin version allow me to limit only one purchase of a specific product per user? We have a free product that we offer only to members of our site, but they are logging in multiple times to get the product more than once. We want to limit them to only one free product purchase. Can you tell me how to set that up in your free version of plugin? Thanks!

    Hi,
    While you would need the Pro version to do this (a lifetime rule), you can do this discount as a free single-use Woo coupon using the coupon settings. So the item would have a price, user would have to present a Woo coupon to get it free, and you can set the coupon to single use.
