One product with variations and multiple VAT

Hello,
I’m trying to achieve this:
In my country, the standard VAT tax is 19%.
Foods are with a 9% tax VAT.
Honey, has 5% tax VAT.
I want to create a Christmas Basket Gift with all those taxes.
So my product will be Christmas Basket Gift, as a Variable Product.
Then I will add the variations. 2 or 3 of them. How can I change the VAT for each variation? For one variation, no problem. 2 or more, cannot do that.

Can’t do that.
My product will have a fixed pricing of 100euros. With standard 19%VAT. No matter how many products/variabiles inside
Inside, as bundle, I will have as many products as I want, but with 9% and 5% VAT.
Woo can’t tell how to calculate those taxes because of my capped 100euros cost..
I need a fixed cost for the basket,not to count costs for the products inside and inside one product with 5% and another one with 9%
