one questions – two answers ?

I think the charts take all questions into account that have a score date set. But I didn’t take a really close look at your situation (I also miss some info).

I think i may have set the wrong information in my admin settings but i cant see where, which one i should change to have the settings correct as meant by the plugin, are you able to see anything wrong here with these 3 screenshots:

1) This one i used to close all my questions at the same time for all users….

2) This one is the one im not sure if they are correct, “answer before date” i guess they dont matter when i have enable item in number 1 cloased all question at the same time or ?

but still it says in the diagram, stats that a user have 1 correct 1 wrong even if they just have one correct ?!?!?

The settings are correct. And you are right, the “answer before date” is ignored when you have a single stop date.

On your second screenshot I can see multiple questions with a score date that is in the past. The plugin bases the data for this chart on the data in the scorehistory table. This means that all questions that have a score date in the past will be taken into account by the calculation of the scorehistory. The score calculation will also consider a question as ‘wrong’ if there is no ‘correct’ or ‘wrong’ set by the admin.

So, I think the chart data is correct.

but in my settings i have set all my score date to 2022-12-20 22:00 and then when a match is played i will manually insert the correct answer and then edit the score date from 2022-12-20 22:00 to ie 2022-11-24 17:00 or whenever the match has ended.

So all the matches i have with an earliere date is matches which alreaydy has been played, i have set an answer on those matches…

So how should i set all the matches which is not played = me admin didnt set any correct or wrong in the answer box to avoid the diagram showing wrong answers ?

And the same here on a single question after i have inserted the correct answer,
the diagram shows correct answers + wrong answers BUT also 17 no answers ??
ad i far as i can see that is because the diagram shows all the users on my board also those included those who did not enter this wold cup competion on my site, but why are users that is on my board but not active in this world cup showing as “no answers” ?

The “stop date” in the settings or the “answer before date” on each question only tell the plugin if the user can enter an answer, or if the question is closed.

The score date is used for the calculation method to determine on which point in time the result of the question should be added to the ranking. If the score date is in the future, then the question will be ignored for the ranking calculation. If it is in the past, then the question is included.

Questions that are calculated in the ranking will also be taken into account for the chart data.

Hope the above makes sense.

Then for the other question. The pie chart is wrong indeed. It takes all the users from the WP users table. And I should filter out the users that are not defined as a player. I’ll check this.

The other question, thanks for looking into this “filter thing” to only shows answers for people who entered a competion ??

A small follow up wish question, is it possible to be able in the future
to click,link on this diagram and then be able to show who answers “correct” or “wrong” of my users by clicking either correct or wrong ?
