• I’m using tutorlms since over 2 years now. It was really good and easy to work with. However recently discovered an issue. All my courses which are in subscription model are visible to users who stopped paying for subscription. I’m so frustrated because I’m losing money every day now – people cancel subscription and still have access to courses. Development team confirmed that TutorLMS doesn’t restrict users from the course if they didn’t pay. Total disaster

  • Hi there,

    May I know which specific membership plugin you are actually using? Because many websites use membership plugins with Tutor LMS, I heard for the first time from your post that paid courses are becoming free.

    Can you please double-check, and ensure that you have updated all your plugins to the latest stable one:
    – Tutor LMS 2.0.2
    – Tutor LMS Elementor Addon 2.0.1
    – Tutor LMS Certificate Builder 1.0.3
    – Tutor Themes (the latest one)

    By the way, are you using just the Free version?

    And, lastly, when you found that your site is facing difficulty, you could write at [email protected]. The support team could provide you with a better solution then, as they stay always to assist everyone.

    Hey, I’ve never wrote that paid courses becoming free. I use pro version, I’ve contacted support dozen times and finally got info from dev that TutorLMS doesn’t support cancelling access to course when subscription is cancelled or unpaid…

    @tomrobak

    Correct, they don’t have the feature but you can do that using third party plugins.

    Did you check WooCommerce memberships?
