One Signa Plugin Not Working

    I have a WordPress website and I am using the Nave theme for it. Yesterday, I installed the OneSignal plugin but it is not working. I have contacted plugin support. They have looked into the issue. Everything is fine from their side. They have asked me to contact the theme developer. Kindly help me in this regard.

    Could you please provide us more information about what is not working? Is there any error that appears? If so, please provide us a screenshot with it or if no error appears, please record a screencast showing exactly what is not working so we will we have a better understanding of the issue.
