One single menu for pages and blog. Is this possible?

Hi! Currently I have the default Kubrick theme which opens on the index page and has a ‘pages’ menu on the right hand bar.

I’d like to have a static home page which I’ll implement using the ‘options’ menu in the admin panel.

I’d also like a menu which consists of this: Static Home Page – Static About Us Page – Normal Blog Index Page – Static Contact Us Page

Is this possible without hardcoding a menu.php file myself? I’d like to be able to keep ‘active’ classes on the menu items too.
