    Hi!

We have a unique problem case and I’m wondering whether we can tackle it using the plugi.

We’d like to connect our store to multiple Stripe accounts. Let’s say they’re called Stripe EU, Stripe US, and Stripe RoW. When the customer billing country is selected:

    • If it is a EU country, only Stripe EU connection should be enabled and they payment should go to this account
    • If it is US, only Stripe US should be enabled and payment should go to this account
    • If it is none of the above, only Stripe RoW enabled and payment should go to this account.

Is it possible to accomplish with this plugin? If not, do you have any other suggestion?

    Regards

    Hello @ucarmetin,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I understand that you want to use specific Stripe accounts based on the customer’s billing address.

Sorry to disappoint but our Stripe extension is designed for use with only one account only.

One possible solution is to install three separate Stripe plugins, connecting each one to a specific Stripe account. Then, use the Conditional Shipping and Payments extension to show or hide Stripe payment fields, depending on the customer’s billing address.

However, before attempting this, you may want to ask Stripe’s support to make sure if this is actually allowed in the first place (connecting more than one account to a store).

Additionally, it is worth noting that the method mentioned above might cause plugin conflicts or errors. Therefore, it might be better to consult with a WooExpert to explore better alternatives.

    Cheers!

    Hi,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Best.
