One thumbnail as a link to lightbox slider with all images

Hi,

I want to create a gallery that will work as follows:

On the slide, instead of thumbnail pictures will be one thumbnail that will be sent directly to lighbox. The lightbox show the rest of the photos in a slide show.

How can I create this? Is it possible?
