I feel like a heel asking, but we’re a not-for-profit organisation, and every penny needs to turn round and go straight back into chess. I’d like to move our events calendar (www.englishchess.org.uk/event-calendar) from All-in-One to The Event Calendar, but understandably I don’t relish re-entering 1036 events manually. AIO will export an ICS file, and TEC will import it, but only if we buy the Event Aggregator. Is there a one-off trick I can employ to get round this, or am I a tight-ass who should go peddle his papers?
All help welcomed, as always …
    Andrew

    Hi @giddykipper,

Thanks for reaching out, I’m happy to help. I’d recommend applying for our Non-Profit Partnership program, and requesting an EA license instead of Events Calendar Pro. Sometimes we’re able to grant these requests, so it’s worth asking. ??

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Best,

    Shelby ??

Thanks Shelby. I had a try, but your form requests a letter from the Charities Commission to prove our not-for-profit status, but as we’re not a charity, we don’t have such a letter. Our details are –
Registration No. 5293039 | VAT Registration No 195643626 – but this may not be enough. I think I may just need to bite the bullet and re-input all of the events out-of-hours. Thanks anyway.
