one time register

I am looking for a specific plug-in but I can’t find it, any suggestions or experience?

I am looking for a solution for one time register.

I sell my products for one time only. Only clients that are registered on my website can buy my products. I want to send them an invitation by email from my website.After they buy a product and the payment is done I close or deactivate the account of the client.It’s important that my client can’t register again, only if I send them a new invitation. So the invitation link to register from the first email has to disappear.
