One tone Theme

  • I am completely new to wordpress and am very much a computor user who has no or very little knowledge of how things work.
    I have chosen to use the One Tone Theme, but am confused.
    1. How do I get menu/scroll down to work?
    2. How do I get page sections to work?
    3. How do I delete/remove page sections?
    4. Can I change the layout of the sections? For example change services from 3 to 2 boxes?
    4. Can I fix the side bar?
    5. Or am I better off chosen a different Theme with the same layout and make it into a one page site adding in the necessary plugins?
