One two-sided image

Hi, is there any posibility to use two pages only instead of four or more? If I add two images, plugin add two empty pages more to make it look like a book (as it supposed to be). I’d like to have one two-sided image, like a postcard, or front and back cover only. Plugin works great and this is only one thing I miss.
