One week cannot be booked

    I add every week to the “seasons” tab separately to give them perhaps a separate price. Have done this for 2024, and also added the prices corresponding to the weeks. Now when I am using the availability calendar widget, one of the weeks is not there. Cannot select that week on its incheck date (June 23- June 30). Have used the same method for each week and the other weeks are working as expected. You can select the week start dates as incheck date if the week is still green, or if they are unavailable since already booked, you cannot, but the week shows up in a red color. Now, one of the weeks June 23 – June 30 is just displayed as grey as if I did not configure it in the system. What could be the root of the problem for this? Am I missing something?

    Hello there! 

    Sorry to hear that you faced such an issue. 

    First of all, I would like to inform you that for everything to work properly, you need to include all your seasons in single rates per each accommodation type that you have. If you add different seasons to separate rates, your guests won’t be able to make bookings for a period that’s covered by two (or more) different seasons. 

    As for the issue with the week that you mentioned, if you’re saying that there’s a season for this period under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Seasons and it has been included in your accommodation type’s rate under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Rates then we will need to take a closer look at the plugin configuration to try to find a reason for that.

    The specific week was indeed not correctly added in the “rates” section. Silly.. Thanks for your help though!
