One WooCommerce site for Retail and Wholesale

I have an online shop (using WooCommerce/Wootique) selling products to the public at retail prices and now I want to give access to wholesalers to order the same products from the website but at wholesale prices. There is not a set discount across all products – each product is priced individually. Wholesalers may have different payment options too. Can this be done using WooCommerce/Wootique, or does anyone know how to achieve this (without having two websites?). Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
