One word… Superb

Now for some more words…
There are several things I look for in a form builder or any plugin:
- Cost effective solution that covers 90% of my form needs. It’s FREE, I couldn’t ask for more :).
- Intuitive admin interface. Not just for me but it’s important for my clients who like to dabble as well.
- Clean front end code. I don’t mean just for CSS styling ease but clean enough to be W3C compliant. I deal with companies that have IT departments who insist that a site meets certain standards.
- The ability to manipulate. Being a developer I like to tinkle with code, add new functionality etc. I set myself up a quick dev test to add some additional custom form fields and though the documentation isn’t fully complete, I found the whole experience to be enjoyable and easy, with some additional minor support questions to the developer David.
- That brings me on to support. What can I say.. well out of this world. He listened to my suggestions and issues, he was extremely quick to respond and he was friendly. I have had issues in the past with other form builders where I have flagged up compliancy issues with the output, the response was “We don’t care about the W3C.” My response was “Well the problem is that my clients do so what do we do?….” Their response… Nothing apparently.
The developer has informed me that he is working hard on the documentation for filters and actions and has 21 add-ons to include to the mix. That’s what I call pro-active.
By the way I used to use Ninja Forms but not now. This is now my weapon of choice.
